Roma Education Gets Fresh Funding
Tuesday, November 24th, 2009At an international donor conference hosted by the Open Society Institute, the World Bank and the European Economic and Social Committee on 12 November, donors pledged financial support for education of the Roma minorities in Europe. The EUR 25.5 million in funding commitments announced by donors is intended for the Roma Education Fund (REF). See OSI press release.
